I 04/20/17 16:12:09 ports: port 22 is now off-line
I look tutorial in here https://h20565.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?sp4ts.oid=5400932&docId=emr_na-c03173564&docLocale=en_US and i change auto to full
Reconfig port 21
SW-HP(config)# int eth 21
SW-HP(eth-21)# speed-duplex
10-half 10 Mbps, half duplex.
100-half 100 Mbps, half duplex.
10-full 10 Mbps, full duplex.
100-full 100 Mbps, full duplex.
1000-full 1000 Mbps, full duplex.
auto Use Auto Negotiation for speed and duplex mode.
auto-10 10 Mbps, use Auto Negotiation for duplex mode.
auto-100 100 Mbps, use Auto Negotiation for duplex mode.
auto-1000 1000 Mbps, use Auto Negotiation for duplex mode.
auto-10-100 10 or 100 Mbps, and half or full duplex, using Auto Negotiation.
SW-HP(eth-21)#
SW-HP(eth-21)# speed-duplex 100-full
Then I check the log and there is an error message
W 04/21/17 12:11:03 FFI: port 21 Duplex Mismatch. Reconfig port to Auto.

Re: Error Port ProCurve J9019B Switch 2510B-24
If end-to-end passive cabling between your HP ProCurve 2510-24 (J9019A) Switch and your endpoints connected respectively on Port 21 and Port 22 is basically OK (so certified, tested, standard and error-free) then you should ask (a) in which way endpoints on Port 21 and Port 22 are connected to your Switch (directly? through a PoE Injector?)? and (b) what endpoints have you connected on those ports (you said only about EnGenius Wireless AP but is it on Port 21 or 22? since both ports show excessive jabbering).
What's about first checking LAN interfaces of devices connected on Port 21 and Port 22? is the EnGenius Wireless AP LAN port 1 Gbps capable or what? is connected through a PoE Injector or the AP is self powered through an AC/DC Power Supply? if the LAN Port is 1 Gbps capable, is it configured with Full-Duplex in Auto Mode (I hope so)? what's happen if you test endpoins by directly connecting them through a good patch cable to your HP ProCurve 2510-24 bypassing all the passive cabling normally in between? and so on...
