HP Procurve 3500YL, switch going to factory default after booting every time.

Hi,

 

I have HP Procurve 3500 - YL 24port POE switch. when ever the switch reboots there is no configuration in the switch. please some one help me on this.

 

I have attached show tech output with this mail.

Hi,

 

I can see the configuration in show tech output.

 

Did you use "write memory" command to save the configuration in flash?

 

If yes and result is the same, try to update firmware.
