J9086A - 12/24 PPOE switch issue with IP camera system?

I just purchased this switch for my home IP security camera system. Once I got the switch powered up and going, I was able to access it via (IP 192.168.1.71), once I was inside the switch settings, I was trying to setup each camera via (IP 192.168.1.10).

 

When I was in the switch settings I must have changed some setting in the switch, maybe a DHCP setting or something, because I can no longer access it when I type in 192.168.1.71 into the URL box? (I was having issues locating the camera IP, and started making some changes to the switch default settings).

 

I hit both little buttons on the front of the switch (reset & clear), that did not help, I still cannot access the switch settings? Any help would be great.
