						My autoloader 1/9 was replaced because of hardware trouble. Firmware of old one is 2.26.0 while new is 2.60.0. Now all barcodes are no longer able to be recognzed!!!!
My barcode is not HP-made.
Does anyone else have such problem too?
Thanks and Regards,
Weiwei

						Weiwei,
take the following steps:
- ask HP guys to give you some 'HP' barcode labels for testing. If these labels will not be recognize then new library has problems (either hardware or configuration);
- if 'HP' barcodes will be recognized then you have an option to downgrade to that firmware level (not sure if it's good option, maybe better to purchase approved barcode label set) and check again. Remember: to downgrade you need LTT password - call HP and ask for it

						There were some changes in the bar code scanning algorithms around 2.30/2.33 firmware. This might be causing your labels to fall "out of spec". As mentioned by Eugeny, you can call HP and ask for a password to downgrade your firmware back to 2.26, to see if that resolves the problem. The 2.26 firmware is still available for HP Library & Tape Tools (use "get files from web").
