DAT DDS4 40x6i

I'm trying to install a autoloader DAT DDS4 40x6i ona windows 2003 server. The device doesn't seem's to have errors. The HP diagnostic don't resport any error, but the SO is alway's asking for a clean tape. I've try 3 diferente new clean tape. more then 10 time each one.
Can you help

I suggest to run the read/write test, media validation test from L&TT, you can also run the performance test and then attach here the suport ticket.
