Data protector Express with Exchange 5.5

Hi,
I've installed DP Express on server Windows2K with MS Exchange 5.5. But when DP express service starts the message "EXW: Load module failed [126]" is wrote to dp express logfile and I cannot backup Exchange databases online. I have bought the license also for Exchange online backup. Any idea?

Exchange 5.5 isn't supported by Express.
