DataProtector Express is unable to connect to a remote host
Attempting to Use DataProtector Express to back up mapped drives in Windows Environment. HP Documentation says you must stop the DataProtector Express Service to back up mapped drives. When I stop the windows service the following error message appears when I access the program:
CODE: 50 (0x32)
MESSAGE: Socket Connect Error
Description;
DataProtector Express in unable to connect to remote host.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the product with the same result.
p.S. This thread has been moved from General to Automated Backup. - Hp Forum Moderator
