Error 4: Invalid handle in HP Data Protector Express 4.0 sp1
hi Support,
i get Error 4: Invalid handle while restoring data from an external hard disk. The media was imported successfully through "import media" functionalty in HP Data Protector Express .
If you see below the restore specific view, the folder which i want to restore is in ECLFJ1. this was created in the below view after i imported the media. i can see all my files here but still i am unable to restore. if you notice 'ECLFJ1' has and warning yellow sign.i wonder why is that.
my server just crashed and this backup is the only source of data which i have. Would apperciate if someone could help me in restoring my data.
Awaiting your responses.
thanks,
