Firmware update failed on a HP Surestore DAT C5683

While performing a Firmware update on a DAT C5683 it failed at 75% !

Now, I cannot restart Windows XP !
Can I reinstall the previous firmware (I have a copy)?

I tried under DOS but the boot stop while searching scsi device !

Windows XP or DOS start without problem when the DAT drive is unplugged !

Can anyone help me !!
