How to know the device and the drive of a datalist

Hello dears,
i am working on an analysing of our backup strategy, i have to build a dashboard on Excel, i need to get some information from the data protector tools (omnirpt, omnidb...)
i need to know what device or drive is responsible of a given datalist or backup specification
