HP Ultrium 3 960 LTO device name on RedHat Linux

hi

I installed a HP ProLiant DL380 G5 Server, with HP Ultrium 3 960 LTO device on RHELinux 4. Everything got configured except the tape drive. I am unable to get the name of the tape drive (i.e /dev/st?) it configures on Redhat Linux.
Please help.

Rajiv,

Have you updated your Linux to the latest patch levels for RHEL 4? I just recently went through this. The tape drive should get configured properly once you do the updates.
