Library 2/20 with FC, W2k services don't start

hello,

we have a library 2/20 connected with FC to a compaq server dl580 G2 (W2K, Sp2). If the 2/20 is not connected the server starts fine. With the library connected the server starts slow and the event log show that the storage agent service an the compaq foundation agent do not start.
Please help me fast as possible !!
