TL985 Firmware Upgrade Tool

What tool is used to upgrade the library firmware on the Compaq Storageworks TL895 Library Series C02? HP Library and Tape Tools asks me to "use the appropriate serial software" as this library's firmware cannot be updated across the SCSI interface. I downloaded and installed LibDiag 2.02 but cannot locate the correct firmware image file on the web site.
