Unformatted LTO4 Tape
the problem that I had a schedule in Data Protector Express when I put a tape to restore it
the Schedule running and format it
Can I found any way to unformatted the tape by data protector express or
by third party software

What do you mean by "unformat"? You want to erase the content? Or get the data back?
If the latter you may be out of luck. You may need a data recovery company.
