cant uninstall ISA 2004 -- plz help

I cant uninstall ISA 2004 on a Win2k3 Entperise with SP1

following message received while uninstalling:

"Setup failed while unregistering the VPN plug-in"

Maaz, make sure you disable all VPN related rules and definitions before ISA uninstall

No dear this isa server is merely a web proxy server.
No vpn related configs are ever done on this box via ISA management console.

Should I check RRAS ? I'll let u tomorow right now i m at remote site, with no access to ISA

This is a very annoying problem - I am also experiencing it.

Did you manage to solve it? If so please describe how you overcame it.
