Commo problem with Windows XP
my 8755C is supposed to work with XP, but Noooooooo! There's a glitch in the commo. The modem appears to work, but it doesn't seem to get a handshake. I can dial my own phone with the modem, but when I try to connect with MSN kablooie. Same problem trying to connect with Juno. I think there's a problem with driver, but who knows. I ran diagnostic, says modem is OK, but it did say it could not interpret one command AT #.
Should K just bag it and get a new modem? Right now, I am using ME and have no problems.
