Confused about roaming exchange profiles...

Hi guys and gals..

I have a question about roaming and exchange. I have enabled roaming and folder redirection.. however, when someone logs on on a different machine to their own, Outlook complains that the location of the ost file is incorrect.. generally.. it is C:\Documents and Settings\username.domain\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook0.ost

However.. local settings doesn't seem to be redirected when folder redirection is set up.. or am I missing something?

Thanks in advance.. Omar

Re: Confused about roaming exchange profiles...

Thanks Ivan..
Actually, this covers it it more detail.. http://technet2.microsoft.com/WindowsServer/en/library/b41402c2-c982-4bfb-891e-91b47f211e181033.mspx?mfr=true

But, the problem seems to be to do with the folder where the .OST file is kept... Should I turn cahed mode off?? I don't know whether I should have a local profile for each roaming user on evry machine they are likely to use?? Seems to defeat the object..
