Hi,
I have Outlook Web Access set up on my exchange 2000 server. Logging in via the web, I can see my mailbox in the left pane along with personal folders, but not any public folders. With my credentials, I can access the public folders using http://hostname/public/foldername.
What I'd like is to have public folders availible as a link in the left pane for all users, similar to what they would see in their Outlook 2000 environment.
Thanks in advance.

Solution
MS states that OWA DOES provide this.
Possible reasons why it's NOT working for you:
Mixed back end 2000 and 5.5 servers.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;325512
Changed the default port.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;313932
Anonymous access has been setup on one of the public folders.

Re: Exchange 2000 and OWA question
It was the second one. Applied the service pack and now it works.
Thanks!
