Exchange- can I send old users mail to a bit-bucket?
I have a few users who left who got on some spam lists. I go into the admin mailbox and every day there are 10 NDR alerts. I want these alerts in general but not for these users- can I have just a few users email go straight to the bit-bucket, or not get NDR alerts for them?
Currently, they do not even have exchange accounts (server blew up & they weren't added back in manually).

Re: Exchange- can I send old users mail to a bit-bucket?
I am not an exchange admin... so I may be wrong...
You might consider creating accounts for these folks and then
Limiting their size, so that these emails bounce, or...
Setting a rule to send incoming emails straight to the bit bucket.
Doubtless there is a better way somewhere, but this might serve.
Good Luck.

Hi,
From what I understood, you can restrict in the postmaster, Mailbox Delivery restrictions,
Reject messages from. and include the sapn addresses.
Good luck
Alvaro
