iissync fails with SSL enabled on cluster - problem installing certificates
Installing SSL certificates on a two-node W2K advanced server Microsoft cluster running IIS 5.0 was a bit problematic. There are two virtual servers, and on one of them, I could install the certificates from the key backup file (from another server entirely) on both nodes. With the other web site though, I could install the certificate from key backup file on node A but it pretended not to accept the password on node B, although it would allow me to assign the certificate. Q288207 could not therefore be followed to the letter. The problem is, now iissync won't work in either direction. It is Q288207 which makes me think this is an SSL connected problem.
