Installation issue with Intellimouse 4.1 software

I recently purchased a ZE5170 notebook and I am attempting to load Intellimouse 4.1. The system tells me it is going to remove the Synatics Touchware software (pre-loaded on notebook) before it will load the Intellimouse software. Can't these be used concurrently for desk top & moble operation?

Try disabelling the touchpad in the
docked/desktop profile, Also check your BIOS
The two should definiately be able to work together. Also if the Intellimouse software
has an install or setup program try adding
the mouse manually bye just using the mouse
driver provided.
