InterOrg Synchronization Tool

Hello everybody!
I have a problem configuring the BackOffice Resource Kit Utility called InterOrg, which is used for synchronization between two organizations. Can you give me any idea or tell me in what URL can I download the last version? I can??t find it in Microsoft??s site.
I suspect my version is too old (1.0.0.1).
