I saw in another forom over the internet, that the solution was to uninstall the HP Credential Manager. Is there other solution?
I'm using HP Laptop 8510p.
Here is the error according to the error reporting from system information:

within the manager, unselect all add-ins. If this resolves the issue, add each in one-at-a-time until you find the faulting add-in.

In the Credential manager setting, single sign on tab I unchecked the "Enable single on functionality".
I geuss the problem is in this HP tool.
