OWA question
I have a user who accesses OWA over dialup. She logs in with no problem, but every time she opens a message she is prompted for her username and password. I assume it is a browser setting, she is using IE 5.5, any thoughts?

Re: OWA question
Try: Tools, Internet Options, Security tab, Custom Level, scroll down to User authentication.
It's probably set at prompt for Username and Password.
Change it to Automatic Logon only in Intranet zone.
