Problem in System attendant connecting to WMI in Exchange Server 2003

Hi,
I have two Exchange server that are acting as Outlook Web access.
And I am getting the following error in one of those OWA server
The MAD Monitoring thread was unable to connect to WMI, error '0x8004100e'.

Prior to that the following changes were made in both the servers
a. From the
Administrative group>Servers> Protocol> HTTP> Exchange Virtual Server> Enable Form Based Authentication was checked
b. Microsoft Exchange System Attendent service was enabled and restarted.

After that in one of the server is having the problem as mentioned above.

I have tested the solution that microsoft provides available in web page

Still then the error is received any help.
