Problem with auto-archived messages

Hi,
I have an Backoffice 4.5 with exchange 5.5, my client uses outlook 2000.
When the clients auto-archive messages, i loose some messages sent.
How can i find this lost messages??

This may be caused by the cleanup agent running. If the email messages have been modified in any way (like moved to another folder) the modified attribute is changed, and the message will not be archived. Cleanup used the created attribute for deletion.

It appears that the messages have been deleted, and may NOT be recoverable.
