question about exchange 2003 utility

hello,
does exchange 2003 have something like the unix utility called fetchmail?
basically, fetchmail lets you retrieve emails from remote pop3 or imap servers and put those emails into one or more local email boxes.

So, does microsoft exchange have something like this?
