Quicklink III Error Message

When sending a fax, I get connected to my phone no. The fax starts and after about a minute I get disconnected with an error message "Phase D error". This problem started a week ago. What is Phase D error and how do I fix the problem? Did you fax ASAP. Trying to find a job. Help!
