W2K Corrupted File

I was running my Evidence Eraser today and it told me that there was a corrupted file in my admin-explorer file. I don't have the full extension. I ran virus scan and trojan killer but they found nothing. I can't seem to locate the file when I follow the path. I would like to not reinstall the whole program. Any thoughts?
