"[* Header Check *] - Domain does not exist" - what does it mean?
sometimes I see "[* Header Check *] - Domain does not exist" into email subject.
It seems that MS Exchange or MS Outlook add this.
what does it mean?

There's more to it, but...Exchange (and other MTA's) will check the validity of where an email has been sent from. If it can't find the sending domain, it will inject the header.
