ScanJet5200c and Windows XP!
Does anyone have any suggestions why I cannot get my Scanjet5200c(USB connected) to work with Windows XP?
I've download the latest drivers etc. But then I noticed that the Scanjet 5200c is the only scanjet missing from the links for drivers to install under Windows XP (i.e. not upgraded), why should that be?
In anycase the WIA drivers don't work either!
Any help? (Pointers)

Re: ScanJet5200c and Windows XP!
If you upgraded to XP, the following link may be helpful:
http://www.hp.com/cposupport/scanners/support_doc/bps05230.html#P90_6346
HP has a "patch" to install that may resolve the problem. If you notice, the 5200C scanjet is included in the list.

Re: ScanJet5200c and Windows XP!
Thanks for the Links, but unfortunately I have not upgraded. HP's pages specifically omit the scanjet5200c under these circumstances!?
Any ideas why?
