Alletra 5030 does not communicate with Greenlake (Cloud Console)

 

Hello,
The following problem, our Alletra 5030 cluster does not want to communicate with the Cloud Console (Greenlake).
All Alletra IP addresses are allowed to use https, dns and icmp to everywhere.
On the Alletra in the "Alerts and Monitoring" menu when I run the "Diagnostics for Analytics" test everything is green.
In greenlake I see both Alletras with the software subscription in the inventory.
But in "Data Services" ==> "Data Ops Manager" I only see an old status from February of this year.

Does anyone here have an idea where the problem could be?
