1Bay cannot see SAN fabric, other bay's can
Hello,
A couple of months ago, we abrutply lost access to our SAN from one of our blades. Any blade I stick into this particular bay cannot see the SAN fabric. When I look at the SAN Fabrics - Server connections in virtual connect, this particular bay doesn't have an uplink port attached to it. Would anyone have any idea why this is happening? I have attached a screenshot of the issue. I have duplicated a profile from a working blade, to no avail.
I recently updated all the firmware in the hopes it would fix the problem. It does not.
The issue is with bay 4.

Re: 1Bay cannot see SAN fabric, other bay's can
Baronson,
Please check to ports at the far end of the Fabric (A) for this server connection. I had a similar problem and found out that the fiber cable needed "reseating". Link LEDs were good on both ends, but would not login to fabric.
Regards,
Louis
