320GB IO Accelerator for c-class blade

Help!

 

I can't upgrade the version of FW on this IO Accelerator mezzanine as v1.2.7 isn't available on HP support site, even though there is a doc linking to it. 

 

I've tried many newer versions of the software but all fail to see the mezzanine as they're too new.

 

I've tried to log a supportcase but I cannot as the site doesn't like the serial number. It does appear to be too short.

 

I attach an output of the card.
