BL460 G6 mapping problems
Dear ITRC members
we have HP C3000 with 8 BL460c G6 and 4 interconnect
2 x HP BLc 1/10Gb-F VC-Enet Module (on top)
2 x HP BLc VC-FC 8Gb 24-Port Opt Kit (on bottom)
the problem is that I have 6 servers with Qlogic FC HBA, and 2 servers without, there for the 2 blade servers which doesn't have FC HBA report I/O miss match, I tried to stop mapping their ports to VC-FC from OA, however there is no option to apply the change
I hope the point is clear
please advice
Regards
Adil

Re: BL460 G6 mapping problems
With the C3000.
Since you've got 2 VC-eth. modules. you have got a NIC mezz card om mezz 1.
It appear that the NIC mezz card, has been installed on the wrong slot.
Or at least, thats what seem like from the error messages.
Here's som good reading on the C3000:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c01508406/c01508406.pdf
And for the C7000:

Re: BL460 G6 mapping problems
Much appreciated
gregersenj has solved my problem,
NIC adapter was wrong installed
I have reversed the NIC adapter and it works.
Thank you very much
