Re: bl460c boot from san
Does Your OS version support boot from SAN ?
Does it support it via multiple paths (EVA8k has eight of them) ?
Are You using virtual connect or brocade switches in the blade enclosure ?

OWTO.html
Boot from SAN is not supported without some LINUX HACKING
Install RHEL 5.1 and You might get lucky.
Also.. what interconnects You have in Your blade enclosure ?

Re: bl460c boot from san
Do You know what multipathing means ? You have to configure your dm-multipath so your 8 disks "become one"
