BL460c BSOD 0x000000F4 Error
I have a BL460c connected to an SB40c with the following configuration and no recent hardware changes:
Windows 2003 x64 Enterprise SP2
PSP 8.0
E200I Controller
P400 Controller
20 GB RAM
2 x NC373i NICs
2 x NC326m NICs
(All 4 teamed together)
I have received the following STOP error twice, once on 6/12/2009 and one other time 6 months ago in December:
STOP: 0x000000F4(0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFADE0B8A0C20, 0xFFFFFADE0B8A0E88, 0xFFFFF800013C0FE0)
I am aware of this message: One of the many processes or threads crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Re: BL460c BSOD 0x000000F4 Error
Patrick,
Anything relevant on the System Event Log prior to the Unexpected Shutdown (Event ID 6008)? Do you have a minidump for one of those events? I might be able to take a look at it.
Cheers,
Fabian.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately it does not appear to have created one.

Also, there is nothing unusual in the event logs prior to the shutdown.
