BL460c G7 to VC FlexFabric to Cisco Nexus 5000 Question

Hi all,
I have configured the Cisco Nexus connection to HP CNA LOM ports for FC SAN. I am wondering if it is any different for connecting to iSCSI instead.

When using a FC SAN, Cisco Nexus can be configure as a Virtual group that binds the virtual FC and data ethernet to a physical port that in turn connects to a CNS port on the blade server. What if I am using iSCSI instead? obviously I dont need to bind the virtual FC interface anymore, do I just run the iSCSI through the data ethernet instead? Can I do hardware initiator to my iSCSI on the bl460 CNA LOM port?
