BL465c and Solaris 10 - cannot see SAN disk

Fresh install of Solaris 10 10/09, on a BL465c. OS can see the FC HBAs and has assigned device names (c0, c2). The emulex driver (emlxs) module is loaded in the kernel. MPxIO is enabled. cfgadm -al shows that the fc-fabric is connected, but unconfigured. I've issued the configure commands and used devfsadm to assign the devices but the disks assigned are never seen. Where else do I need to look to figure out why it cannot see the SAN disks? Reconfigure reboots and cfgadm/devfsadm have been done several times but no go. Any ideas appreciated.
