BL465c g7, Flex-10, Netapp Iscsi

We have taken delivery of the new BL465c G7 with Emulex UCNA OneConnect10100 / Flex-10 HP551I, and failing to make an Iscsi connection between the Flex-10 and the Netapp iscsi target ( cannot ping). Tried all options from OneCommand manager without joy.
Tested various scenarios as follows:
Flex-10 to Netapp = failed
Flex-10 to Openfiler= ok
Microsoft sw iscsi to Netapp = ok
All the latest firmware is in place.
Has anyone used this combination of hardware with success? HP Support will not assist as this involves Netapp !
