Blade 460c G1 Disk replaced not removing alert
Hello,
We have a Blade 460c G1, that one of the disks has failed. We've replaced it, and is detected, because the status led is on, but is not removing the alert.
The front led are still advising about a degraded status.
What can I do to resolve the issue?
Regards,

Re: Blade 460c G1 Disk replaced not removing alert
Well,
I forgot to say that is installed and esxi 5.5 on this server.
I've checked it, and doesn't have an hp image installed. I've tried to install vib files to manage the P200i controller, but I got the error:
"The transaction is not supported: VIB Hewlett-Packard_bootbank_hpssacli_2.30.6.0-5.5.0.1198611 cannot be live installed."
I understand that I have to put into maintenance mode esxi server before installing it. But to do so I have to shutdonw every guest.
Does anybody correct me?
Regards,
