Blade 460c G6 not acquiring IP address

c7000 enclosure fully populated with BL460c G6 servers. All but 1 have acquired the iLO ip addresses via EBiPA. OA Firmware 3.21.
I have tried the blade in other slots and it does not acquire the ilo ip of that slot. I have also reapplied the ip adresses by enabling them. The problem appears to lie with the server.

Make sure the iLO on the server in question isn't set to use a static IP address. iLO needs to be in DHCP mode to get an address from EBIPA

That is a bit of a catch 22 as to confirm that setting I would need to access the iLO.
As these blades are all straight out of the box I would assume they are DHCP by default as the other 15 are ok.

Connect the frond I/O cable and check the ILO2 setting in the POST. Set to Factory Default setting and check?

If the ILO2 firmware is not the latest revision try applying the same.
