Hi Gilberto,
Please check the Blade System support Matrix mentioned in this thread.
You will find the prerequisite and the details of the components which needs to be updated.
Generally any driver upgrade is not necessary after upgrading the firmware. If you have any downtime window then it will be better if you upgrade the PSP.

Correction to my last reply concerning the HP Firmware CD: It does have the BIOS for both the Emulex and QLogic FC HBAs. But this is the single image and not the BfS (Boot from SAN). So...if you do use the Firmware CD/iso image and you have a BfS, exclude the FC HBA BIOS update.
Otherwise either the FW CD/iso for the FDT (Firmware Deployment Tool) is a good way to get all the updates done. If you need or want to manually control everything then do the updates individually.
