Blade power configuration question

Colin had a blade chassis power question:

Hi All

I have a customer with a number of Blade C7000 chassis, which have the power supplies configured in non-redundant mode.

We are recommending that they are put into redundant mode but the customer is asking if the power load of the chassis changes between the different power supply configurations.

They have computer room power capacity issues and would be reluctant to change if there is an increase in power requirements.
