Blade system Teaming NIC

I have already built up the Teaming NIC with physical ip address. Whenever I restart the blade server, the system could not get the ip address at once. The system tries to find the ip address all the time.

Therefore, I have to diable Teaming NIC and enable NIC. Then the system got physical ip address. why?

Jacky,

what teaming mode are you using? Automatic? What model server, what model NICs, what type of interconnects and how are they configured?
