Blades compatibility for HP Bladesystem C7000
I have a HP Bladesystem C7000 where I work. Three HP ProLiant BL480c Server Blade are dead, and I want replace three of them.
The Bladesystem are formed by:
HP ProLiant BL460c Server Blade Gen1 x7
HP ProLiant BL485c Server Blade Gen1 x2
The question: ¿What Blades support this system? ¿Are ok using Gen8 (or others) Blades in a C700?

Re: Blades compatibility for HP Bladesystem C7000
Hi,
You can install even a Gen10 blade server provided the firmware of the OA and VC supported.
Please see this compatibility matrix.
Thank You!
