Blades compatibility for HP Bladesystem C7000

I have a HP Bladesystem C7000 where I work. Three HP ProLiant BL480c Server Blade are dead, and I want replace three of them.
The Bladesystem are formed by:

HP ProLiant BL460c Server Blade Gen1 x7

HP ProLiant BL485c Server Blade Gen1 x2

The question: ¿What Blades support this system? ¿Are ok using Gen8 (or others) Blades in a C700?

Including the blades installed, all c-class Blades upto Gen10 are supported in the c7000 enclosure.

Although generally true that all blades are compatible, there have been a number of revisions of the C7000, the fact that the system has G1 blades would suggest it's an older chassis. I think there are some minimum firmware requirements on the onboard administrator firmware and interconnect firmware to support certain blades too. So it would be wise to update all of the firmware first.
