Bootable Diagnostic CD

Hello,

On DELL I know they have a DELL 32bit diagnostics, what's the equivalent solution for HP, particularly blades (bl20p)? Is SmartStart CD it?

HP Insight Diagnostics is included on SmartStart CD (In "Maintain Server" section).
