I have been asked to run a "show all" command to attach to a support ticket. I have been told that I could run this from the OA, however I do not see this as an option.
Thanks,
newbie

Re: C3000 - Show all command
Is this a Brocade switch? I'm not sure what an "OA" is but there is no HP-UX command called "show". Perhaps what you want is the command:
print_manifest -s

SolutionIn the OA GUI, Click on Enclosure Settings (on the left), then click on Configuration Scripts.
If you now click on
Click here to view a script containing a list of the enclosure's current inventory.
and you will get the GUI equivalent of the CLI "show all" command. Note, the "Configuration" information is slightly different from the "Inventory" information.
The "Configuration" output is an importable file for recovering your OA.
The "Inventory" file contains much more information including part#, serial#, OA Logs, etc.
When the "Inventory" information is presented to you, click on "File" menu, and then "Save as" to save the file.
HTH
Dave.

Re: C3000 - Show all command
You can connect to OA "Commmand Line Mode" (Onboard Administrator )via TELNET using IP ADDRESS assigned .
Please see the example of show all command output from OA(for easy understanding many options are truncated):
OA-00XXXXXX> show all
>SHOW CONFIG
>SHOW DATE
>SHOW DISPLAY EVENT
Display Events is set to OFF.
>SHOW EBIPA
>SHOW ENCLOSURE FAN ALL
Fan #1 information:
Status: OK
>SHOW ENCLOSURE INFO
>SHOW ENCLOSURE LCD
Status : OK
>SHOW ENCLOSURE POWER_CAP
>SHOW ENCLOSURE POWER_CAP_BAYS_TO_EXCLUDE
>SHOW ENCLOSURE POWERSUPPLY ALL
Power Supply #1 Information:
Status: OK
>SHOW ENCLOSURE POWER_SUMMARY
>SHOW ENCLOSURE STATUS
Enclosure:
Status: OK
Onboard Administrator:
Status: OK
Power Subsystem:
Status: OK
Cooling Subsystem:
Status: OK
>SHOW ENCLOSURE TEMP
>SHOW ENCRYPTION
ENCRYPTION mode is NORMAL
>SHOW OA INFO
>SHOW OA NETWORK
>SHOW OA STATUS
>SHOW OA CERTIFICATE
>SHOW SYSLOG OA
HTH.

Re: C3000 - Show all command
The "show all" command clarification is also available in ONBOARD ADMINISTRATOR - Command Line Interface User Guide.
