C7000 VC Will not load

We are trying to configure a brand new c7000 chassis with upgraded firmware and we cannot get the VC to load so we can set it up. Its stuck at loading and never moved any further. We have tried 5 different browsers we have tried rebooting the system we have removed most if not all security settings on the laptop and it still is just sitting at loading any help would be fantastic we are under a time crunch.

I ended up having to open an HP trouble ticket I was under the gun to get it completed in a tight timeline. We had to configure the IP, gateway under a tab It was new person errors
